Schedule of events for Back-to-School Night—Thursday, August 20:

Note: Check-in will be in the Living Word Lobby

• 4:50 pm: families make their way to the LW sanctuary for the General Assembly

• *5–5:45 pm: General Assembly for Kindergarten–Grade 12 in the LW sanctuary
• **5:45–7 pm: time for families to visit classrooms, info tables in the cafeteria, grab a treat, and mingle with other families
• 7 pm: end of Back to School Night

Note from IT:

• Families are able to bring their BYOD devices to the Upper School Learning Commons after the General Assembly if they'd like assistance in making sure their device(s) are all setup/signed in properly for the school year.

*Early Ed families only: bring your student to their classroom as early as 4:30 pm. Pick them up no later than 6:15 pm after the General Assembly.

**It's during this time that students will have time to put school supplies away.

Can you believe that the 2026–27 school year is about to start?

Whether you are a new or returning family to MCA, we want to make sure you're in-the-know with everything you need to feel confident going into these first days/weeks back.

To do so, we've created a landing page that houses everything you should need with things like dress code information, school supply lists, how to manage morning drop off/afternoon pickup, how to load lunch money into your FACTS account, and more!

MCA has required summer reading designed to keep students engaged, sharp, and ready to learn.

Picture day for all students is Wednesday, September 2, and we're looking for volunteers to help make the day run smoothly from 8 am–1 pm.
