For the next six weeks, we’ll be digging into our mission statement and reflecting on the core of why we do what we do here at Maranatha Christian Academy.
"We are an influential school of collaborators, innovators, and explorers grounded in Christian faith, empowering co-creators of tomorrow" is our mission statement. It’s powerful, but it breaks down into some very clear ideas about how the school teaches and what kind of students it hopes to develop.
Let’s start with the first part of our mission statement: “We are an influential school [...].” We aren’t just preparing students for personal success; we’re shaping young men and women who will lead businesses, serve communities, and make decisions that influence the culture around them.
In Luke 2:52, we read that "Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man." This is our prayer for your children. True influence doesn't come from a title; it comes from growing in wisdom, maturing in character, and leading a life that honors God and serves others.
Thank you for all that you do in raising up strong men and women of God, and we are so honored to partner with you in nurturing these future leaders.
