As we enter the fifth week of our series, we come to the very foundation of everything we do at Maranatha Christian Academy: being Grounded in Christian Faith.

At Maranatha, faith isn’t just a subject we teach; it is the lens through which we see the world. From our Bible courses and weekly chapels to the way we approach science, history, and athletics, a biblical worldview is the bedrock of our community. Our goal is to develop students who are not only academically strong but spiritually resilient.
We find our mandate for this in Colossians 2:7, which encourages us to be "rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness."
By grounding our students in the truth of Scripture, we are providing them with an anchor that holds firm regardless of cultural winds. We want them to leave our halls with a character shaped by Christ and a heart dedicated to service, ready to lead others toward a Christian worldview.
