From time to time, questions or concerns about your child or programming may naturally arise within a school community. At MCA, we want to be intentional about addressing these moments in a way that reflects Christ and strengthens relationships.
To make this practical, we encourage parents to follow the Matthew 18 Principle for how to handle conflict:
Go to the person directly involved (teacher, coach, etc.)
If needed, bring it to the next level of leadership (principal, director, etc.)
If still unresolved, continue bringing it up to the next level
The heart of this process is always reconciliation and understanding, and solving issues at the lowest level when possible.
By following this biblical framework, we can maintain open communication, build trust, and work together in love as we partner in your child’s education.
Blessing,
Deb Larson-Jarpe
